RankedInAI is a completely done-for-you AI search visibility agency, based in Sydney, Australia.
We don’t sell you a tracking tool, a course, or suggestions for you to implement. We handle the targeting, strategy, and execution ourselves, until your brand is the one AI recommends by name.

Three very different things get called "AI search optimisation". Here is exactly where this service sits, so you know what you are buying.
Recommendations only
These courses are easy to sell in high volumes, and are often based on outdated data. Actual execution is left to you and effectiveness is often questionable since LLMs update their models frequently.
Built quickly but lack adaptability
These tools often utilise flawed data sources to report things like “prompt volume”, and disappear overnight when a new model update hits or the code fails. Execution is left to you.
Full campaign management
Targeting, strategy, and implementation, all handled by us end to end. You get results, not homework.
Done-for-you execution is the entire service. RankedInAI carries the targeting, the strategy, and the implementation, so the work is never handed back to you.

AI recommendations concentrate on a short list of names, and they are sticky. The competitor who claims recommended-answer status first is very hard to displace later. Right now, while most businesses have no plan, that position is still open in most markets.
The methodology
No black box. This is exactly how the service runs, in the same technical terms we use internally: query fanouts, RAG retrieval, training data infiltration, holistic targeting, and brand share of voice. Stages 1 and 2 run once, in sequence. Stages 3, 4 and 5 form a continuous optimisation loop, repeating up to 5 times in a single month, before each monthly report in stage 6.
An onboarding questionnaire is sent to you to kick off the engagement. It captures your business, your market, your priority queries, and the assets we will be working with.
We review the completed questionnaire and any assets provided. We analyse the chosen search query or queries, ideal customer profiles, search intent, the full fanout of related queries, and the sources and competitors currently ranking for those queries on AI platforms.
We also analyse your brand’s current LLM accessibility and the “facts” LLMs currently believe about your brand, and report this back to you, so you know exactly how AI platforms understand your brand today.
From this, we develop a custom, holistic optimisation and targeting strategy, submitted to you for approval before any work begins.
Optimisation begins with external source work first: building consensus across the sources AI platforms retrieve and cite at answer time through RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Early results here quickly show whether the strategy needs adjusting, is working as planned, or is outperforming expectations, so adjustments can be made in near real time.
Your owned brand assets are aligned with the external consensus being built, correcting any “incorrect facts” LLMs have picked up about your brand where necessary.
This work often takes longer to show results in live AI search, but it drives resilient, longer-term training data influence and protects your brand’s position against competitor activity. Citation changes are usually the first sign this is working, ahead of full mention and recommendation results.
Every brand responds differently to this work, based on factors like brand age, size, prior SEO history, industry, existing customer sentiment, and competitor authority. This is where the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle runs: reviewing results and adjusting continuously, sometimes up to 5 times within a single month, looping back into stages 3 and 4 as needed.
This continuous, human-led iteration cycle, reviewing and adjusting up to five times in a single month, is only possible because RankedInAI is a real human agency, not an automated tool.
At the end of each month, results are reviewed alongside any AI platform model updates or rollouts, and how those changes affected results, the same way Google algorithm updates affect traditional SEO. The work completed, the results, and any relevant platform changes are reported to you, along with planned next steps for the following month.
Every three to six months, the strategy is reassessed to determine whether any broader redirection is needed.
The proof
No free-audit bait, and no polished samples. Everything in this section is a genuine, unsanitised client deliverable: the commencement report, the end-of-month report, and live result screenshots, shown exactly as the client received them.
Every engagement starts with this document. Below is a real, unedited commencement report from an actual client engagement. It covers:

Flagship case study
A real, client-approved engagement, shown with the numbers, the dates, and the setback included.
Three HDFC Ergo products entered the top 20 most-visible brands for the target query across ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity.
A wave of LLM platform updates (GPT-5.2, Gemini 3 Flash rollout) disrupted visibility. Rather than a setback, this became a live adaptation signal: the strategy was reassessed for the new model behaviour. This resilience under platform change is a structural part of the methodology, not an exception to it.
Mentioned in 100% of tracked responses (72 of 72), verified via both API testing and Live Prompt Testing across 6 platforms. LLM confidence scores: 96/100 on Claude, 93/100 on Gemini.
Targeting broadened internationally beyond India.
Confirmed with both mentions and citations across all 9 tracked platforms and surfaces (Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, Gemini, Brave Browser Overviews, Brave Browser AI Mode, Perplexity, Grok, ChatGPT), across 8 countries: Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Finland, Serbia, United States, India, Vietnam.
Testing a deliberately different, informal phrasing, “what’s the best health insurance” with “in India” dropped entirely, still returns HDFC Ergo in the top spot. The targeting holds across the query fanout, not just one phrasing.
Continuously tracked in India on a 2-day testing cadence since 14 January 2026, through 12 August 2026: about 7 months. Of 546 total tests run, 542 returned an HDFC Ergo mention.
Every figure above is cross-checked via two independent methods run simultaneously: automated API testing and manual Live Prompt Testing, across every platform listed. This dual-verification approach is standard on every RankedInAI engagement, not specific to this case.

Here is what that means in practice. Work begins as soon as the commencement payment is received. The invoice for each following month is sent in the last week of the preceding month.
That sequencing matters: you always see that month’s real results and report before you are ever invoiced for the next one. You are never asked to commit to another month blind. By the time a new invoice arrives, the current month’s actual work is already in front of you, and continuing is a decision you make with the evidence in hand.
FAQ
The questions a careful buyer should ask, including the uncomfortable ones.
There are two. First: no one can guarantee a specific result on a specific date, because AI platforms update their models on their own schedule. What we control is the work, the adjustment cycle, and the verification, and we show you all three.
Second: this compounds over time. The recommended minimum engagement is 3 months, and stopping after one month means stopping before the training data influence lands. That is exactly why there is no lock-in: if the early signal is not there for your brand, you can stop, and the decision stays yours every month.
You will know either way, quickly. Every report is built on verified before-and-after testing, run through two independent methods, so a lack of movement cannot be hidden behind vague language. Citation changes typically move first, ahead of full mentions and recommendations, which gives an early read on direction.
If results are not landing, the strategy is reassessed inside the review loop, up to 5 times in a single month, rather than waiting for a quarterly review. And if it is still not working for your brand, you cancel, without penalty, at the end of any month. You are never locked into paying for something that is not working.
We are. Proving value is part of the service, not homework we hand back to you. Monthly reports are written to be forwarded: what was done, what changed, verified evidence for every figure, and what it means for the brand, in plain language a board or leadership team can read without an SEO translator.
You get framed impact, not a raw data export with the interpretation left to you. And if your team wants a walkthrough of a report, we do that with you.
Paid ads are rented visibility: the moment spend stops, the visibility stops, and users increasingly recognise sponsored placement for what it is. An AI recommendation is different in kind: the platform is naming your brand as its answer, unprompted and unpaid, which carries a level of trust no ad slot can buy.
Traditional SEO earns a position in a list of links that a customer still has to scan and click through. This work targets the answer itself, so your brand is the recommendation, not one of the options behind it. The two are complementary: strong SEO fundamentals help, but they do not get you named in the answer on their own.
A full month of the optimisation loop, run by us: external consensus work across the sources AI platforms cite, alignment of your owned assets, and continuous review with up to 5 adjustment cycles in the month.
Then, at the end of the month, a written report covering the work completed, the verified results, any AI platform model updates and how they affected results, and the plan for the following month. It is the same format as the real end-of-month report shown in the proof section above, so you already know exactly what it looks like before you engage.
First results are possible within 48 hours of work beginning, because external source work produces early, visible signals. Citation changes usually appear before full mentions and recommendations do.
The deeper effect, training data infiltration, typically takes 2 to 3 months to land, which is why the recommended minimum engagement is 3 months. Every brand responds differently based on age, size, prior SEO history, industry, and competitor authority, and your commencement report sets the expectations for your specific situation before any optimisation starts.
You tell us, nothing further is invoiced, and the engagement ends with the current month of optimisation. No notice periods, no cancellation penalties, no contract to exit, because there is no contract term in the first place.
You keep every report, and the work already done does not switch off: the external consensus built and the corrected brand facts remain in place. Cancelling stops future work, not the value of the work already delivered.
Work begins as soon as the commencement payment is received. From then on, the invoice for each following month is sent in the last week of the preceding month.
That sequencing is deliberate: the current month’s real results and report are in front of you before you are ever invoiced for the next month. Continuing is always a decision you make with that month’s actual work in hand, never a blind commitment to a month you have not seen anything from.
Yes. Active clients currently span Australia, Malaysia, and India, and the flagship case study above was verified across 8 countries, including the Philippines, Finland, Serbia, and Vietnam.
Targeting is scoped to the markets, languages, and platforms that matter to your customers during the scoping stage, and cross-country verification is part of the standard testing method, not an add-on.
No work happens without your sign-off: the full strategy is submitted for your approval at the scoping stage before any optimisation begins, and changes to your owned assets are made with your approval, not around it.
The internal alignment work improves the clarity and consistency of your owned content, which are the same fundamentals traditional search rewards. It is built to sit alongside an existing SEO programme, not to fight it.
Most of your competitors still have no AI search strategy, and the first brand to claim the recommendation is the hardest to displace. That position is open in most markets today. It will not stay open. We do the work, you see the proof, and you decide month by month.
