Coverage: This Policy applies to our websites (including rankedinai.com and get.rankedinai.com) and services we provide to clients. It also covers personal information about end clients that we receive through an authorised White-Label Partner in order to deliver services under a White-Label Partner Agreement.
We may collect the following categories of personal information (as that term is used in the Privacy Act):
Identity & contact: name, business name, role/title, email, phone, address, and the location you nominate for your service.
Business profile & content: professional qualifications, service descriptions, images, logos, biographies, testimonials and other materials you supply for us to create assets and deliver the service.
Account & transaction: plan selection, subscription status, invoices, payment confirmations, renewal dates and communication preferences.
Usage & technical: device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, dates/times, and referrers.
Communications: messages you send us (email/support), feedback, and approvals.
Sensitive information: we do not seek to collect sensitive information. If you choose to provide it, we will only handle it as necessary to deliver the services and as permitted by law.
Directly from you: when you purchase a plan, complete onboarding forms, upload assets, or communicate with us.
Automatically: via cookies and similar technologies when you visit our sites (see section 6).
From your authorised representatives: where your team or agents provide information or approvals on your behalf.
From White-Label Partners: where a partner provides us with their end client’s information so we can deliver services for that end client under a White-Label Partner Agreement.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by us. We receive limited information from Stripe (such as payment confirmations and the last 4 digits of your card) to manage your subscription and renewals.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, measure performance and improve the user experience.

Location: We store personal information in Australia. Payment information is processed by Stripe.
Security: We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. Where we become aware of a data breach affecting the information of an end client introduced through a White-Label Partner, we will notify that partner without undue delay.
Retention: We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with legal, tax and audit obligations. When your engagement ends, we cease using your information, subject to those obligations.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
Send your request to hello@rankedinai.com. We may need to verify your identity before actioning your request. If you were introduced to us through a White-Label Partner, you can send your request to us directly or to your partner, and we will coordinate with them as needed.
We aim to respond within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days). If we refuse a request, we will provide reasons subject to legal restrictions.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time (see section 10).
We may send you service updates and, where permitted, information about features or content that may interest you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or emailing hello@rankedinai.com. Service and transactional messages (for example, billing or security notices) are not promotional and you may continue to receive them while you are a customer.
Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice (Sydney time) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
